The Management Team is working hard to meet the needs of our congregation and our 100 year old building. Finding a permanent heating system continues to be a challenge. Our goal is to find an efficient, flexible solution that will minimize greenhouse gas emissions and provide a warm, comfortable building. While we work to develop the perfect system, we have installed several temporary heaters. These should keep everyone warm while we puzzle things out.

The lift installation is complete and is ready for use. Along with the new lift, a ramp has been installed, enabling individuals with physical challenges or mobility devices to access our sanctuary safely and easily.

The fall work-bee was a great success. Over 25 people participated by raking leaves, repairing broken light fixtures, getting rid of unused equipment and generally sprucing up the building. We were rewarded for our hard work with a fantastic lunch provided by Beth Knox. Thanks to everyone who helped-- Runnymede has never looked better!
